Shipping policy

Items in stock ordered before 10am will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am that are in stock will ship the following day (excluding Sundays). We do allow our website to accept orders for items that may not be in stock, we only do that when we expect the items to be back in stock within a few days. We generally use Hermes as our primary courier in the UK with non UK orders handled by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Bulk and wholesale orders will be fully insured and the insurance cost will be included in the final quote. Orders can always be collected in which case shipping costs will be refunded. If our carrier delivers your order within a reasonable time we are no longer liable for anything that happens to the package once it is on your premises.  Please check tracking information regularly to avoid packages being left outside or exposed to subsequent theft.
